Ok, let’s do this again!! 🙂
Plan is not to blew the tires on the line again… Plan is to improve the 3.89 from yesterday!

After a big oil down and a big clean up I would like to say that the track got pretty shitty compared to yesterday’s condition that was more than awesome! Blew the tires pretty much directly and before I even could start to see the changes I did to it in the Racepak….
Pretty much straight up with motor and drive shaft rpm…
Once again ready, next round in about 2-3 hours.
The car before us broke in the burnout and now it seems to be oil on the track. So we’re on hold for a minor clean up
The Chevelle is ready for tomorrow’s qualifying, we got two more rounds first at 12:00 and last one at 16:45!
She is ready for a good nights sleep!
Motor checked and everything is still looking good, finally!
Max the transmission man is doing his thing! 🙂
Just some standard service, rear axle made some noise so we took it out and it was in a really bad shape… We got a spare that would work but Lenn Lindell / LL Racing got one that was much better and lended us that one, thank you buddy! This is what I love about dragracing, we are racing about it and we do all we can to help each other to make it possible! 😀
Awesome meat dinner from Kaare / Stockholm Gourmet! Can’t be better than this! 🙂
Tomorrow we gonna tune for faster rounds and more personal bests, stay tuned! 😉
After the last pass I said “let’s go into that 3.80 second zone” and I did put in a tune that made the job!! 🙂
Still really slow on all the numbers and we got way more to put in tomorrow but what a hell we just made our first 3.89@313km/h pass with our Swedish Self-Built Bad Ass Doorslammer that I tune all by myself, after help / tuning school together with my American brother from another mother Brandon Pesz I am really proud of my team and what we are doing here with our little circus, I want to say THANK YOU to everyone that makes this possible for me and my team! Sponsors, partners, friends, family’s you are the best!!!
Parts issue still looking good after some Swedish hands on it… That makes me happy!
Btw, we are the number one qualifier again! Second event in a row, hell yeah baby!!!! 😀
I was pretty sure the track wouldn’t handle so much power this early during the day so I took it down way much on timing, shift rpm and rich on fuel but the track turned out to be way much better that what I thought so during a clean up after the pair before us I did a quick fuel change and that turned out to be a good idea!
But I was somewhere else in my mind… pretty sure I left my head in the trailer because I let of the throttle at a spot for no reason and then out with the chutes WAY WAY TOO EARLY!!! Already at 3.5 seconds… and I really don’t know why, like you can see on the speed that should been around 315km/h… 🙂
Also the parts issue is fixed to 99% like it looks right now! It’s fun to buy new parts and hurt the motor, miss a race, rebuild the new “ok” parts and then it works like it should…. Junk is all I can say about it, guess I need some Swedish made parts to put in the motor instead….!
Now some service, lunch and then put in a tune and go into the 3.80is for the first time!! 😀
Burgers from Stockholm Gourmet! 🙂
