We just got the info that we are getting two rounds today, first at 17:15 and second 19:15, the sun is shining here at Gardermoen yeah baby!!! 🙂

Time to make her ready!!

It have been raining pretty much all day since 07:30 this morning to for about 1 hour ago… But now the sun is here and the crew have been doing all they can to keep the water off the track during the rain, we did just get the info that the track will be ready around 15:30 and we will be out for our first round at 17:00 somewhere, and hopefully we will get one more round around 19:00.

During the day when it was raining we did have some extra time to repair a problem that we found on the trailer yesterday…. 😉

The rain have stopped for now, they said that track will be ready in about 2-3 hours.. We’ll if the sun comes and starts to make some heat in the track I think we will have problem with water that comes up through the track surface just like always here at Gardermoen. Think it will be a long day today like I said!

The weather forecast for today did say rain between 06:00-12:00 and for about 30 minutes ago it started to rain like hell!… I got a feeling that this will be a long long day!

We should have made a pass at 17:15, but with the 5 motorcycles before us that needed one whole hour to make there passes….. (If you ask me I would say that the crew here at Gardermoen made a couple of mistakes here today…) So after one hour in the car I was not a driver anymore I did just ride along, my head was somewhere else….
But the car worked better and we did lower the 60ft! But with some pedaling, shake, and a lot of stuff made wrong by me we ended up with a 4.48s @ 267km/h… Think we are on to it now!
They did gave us one more round at 19:45 but when we were about to warm up the car we found a problem so no Q3 for us today…. Now it’s time to service the car.

We will be out for Q2 in about 1 hour!
