Just before the meeting it started to rain again but have now stopped… Due to the cold weather and rain all week it will take a really long time to get the track dry, if we don’t get any more rain they hope that the track will be ready in about 3-5 hours, so it will be a long day for us waiting here at the track…
But at least the rain we got during the morning have stopped now and the temperature start to climb up a little bit, it’s around lunch time here and plan was to open the track at 1:00, don’t think that will happen!
Doesn’t look so fun, we got a drivers meeting in about 30 minutes, let’s see what the crew have to say about this day..
And we are finally at a racetrack again after a couple of really nice days at Gubbis! 🙂 We arrived to the track in the afternoon and during the time we did set our camp it of course started to rain… But right now it starts to look really good but sad thing is the forecast for tomorrow… Not good at all…!
Our camp is set and a little bit smaller for this weekend due to the combination we did choose was too big and we found a guy that bought one of them directly after the race in Sundsvall but it was too little time to get a new one to this race. 🙂

Just one more soft day left here at Gubbis before its time to go to Pite Dragway for round 4 in the Scandinavian Top Doorslammer Series! Let’s hope that the weather will change to the coming weekend because it have been raining pretty much all the time since Monday evening were we are right now…
It was a nice and smooth trip up to Piteå from Sundsvall Sunday evening.
Gubbis is a really nice and friendly place to be at, and there is a lot of dragracing friends here and we do for sure have a good time together! 🙂

Yesterday we went by Per-Erik that bough our old bus one year ago, it looks like he still got a couple of hours to spend on it.. 😉
It’s been raining for about three days now… Really boring, can’t do anything! But I really hope that the clouds are empty now when the weekend comes…

Leaving Sundsvall really disappointed after this weekend but look forward to next weekend and TD round 4 at Pite Dragway! 🙂 So right now we got about 6 hours in the truck before we arrive to “Gubbis” a really nice and friendly motor club in Piteå were me, Max and Patrik will spend the coming 4 days before next weekends race! 😀

Pit space is empty, time to hit the road up north Sweden to Piteå!
We were first spare and we got in! But (just like always..) we did get some issues that we needed to fix first so we missed that one… Getting a bit tired of everything that goes wrong all the time for us…
Hope we can get a test round anyway…
Car was really soft on tuneup but felt good, I kept the pedal down 2 seconds out without any shake at all but then went into a crazy shake 2.0 seconds out that came from nowhere! Too much power or too little track out there I guess. Motor looks good on the inside and the rest of the car is ready, hopefully we will get a test pass later today and I have a new setup for that round!
Sunday morning, clock is 07:00 and its time to warm up the car in about 30 minutes! 2 hours left to the last qualifying round and it feels really good to be this early in the morning here at Sundsvall Raceway because the weather is really good and it’s not every morning you wake up here like this! 😀
