We are at Kjula Dragway!

We are here at Kjula Dragway for the second time this year! Not for a race but for a show and some test and tune. 🙂

We are up and running again and just got some dinner here at the track.

Problem…! When we took out the car from the trailer we found some oil on the floor, and when we started to look at the car we found some studs that holds the third member to the rear axle housing that was straight of… Tire shake kills everything!!!

Great!! Now we got something to do tonight!! 🙂

Leaving Täby and heading for Kjula Dragway!

We are back in the bus again! Only about five days since we got home from Malmö. It feels really good to get behind the steering wheel in the Chevelle again after only about one week since last time! 🙂

We are ready! A huge thanks to Christer Westman for helping us drive the bus to the track!

Like I said! Ready, really ready!! 🙂

We are rolling baby! 🙂

Everything is packed and we are leaving Malmö right now and heading back home to Stockholm.

Over for today…

The last qualification run stopped when Johan Gustafsson crashed his car and hurted the guard rail, sad for Johan but he is alright! That’s the most important thing right now!! We are outside the ladder, so right now we will eat some good food and take a beer.
The car is ready to go down the track so we are waiting and hope that we will get some test runs tomorrow.

Ready to rumble!

Third round today.

Finally!! The car left the line pretty good, 1.041 to 60ft then went a little left on and of a little after 1.8 sec got loose in the rear and out with the chutes early…

Second run…

The last round the car worked 0.6 sec out from the starting line…. Still the same problem, shaking tires and blew the tires again… Trying to do some changes and the car just say, no fucking way!!!!

Let’s see what I can find out for next round, we will be out again in about one hour.
